The New CD… hopefully coming soon!

So, I know that there has been much chatter,… even video blogs about a new CD that is coming… and believe it or not,… it REALLY is coming,… soon – hopefully!
It is so hard to believe that I began this process nearly one year ago. It all began with a buddy of mine encouraging me to record again. Truthfully, I wondered if I was done recording. The passion just wasn’t quite there anymore. However, after much encouragement from many friends (unsolicited encouragement, mind you…) I found myself in nashville, meeting with many people, about the music God had given to me. It was a very strange, yet surreal time to sit and listen to people as they were encouraging me to record. So, fast forward,… here we are today,… we started this thing in april… summer happened. There were a few other setbacks that came into play that were beyond our control, so now,… it looks as if sometime in Oct, the CD will be ready for marketing and advance release to those initial pre-orders (and 220 friends). Jan. should mark the release of the new CD, and hopefully some sort of touring. The CD is tentatively titled “Join in the Song,” which is a line in a song written by me and the maestro josh smith. I pray that this CD will be such a huge blessing. Please pray for all the details that have to come into play. I still need to raise like 25K to pay for all that we are doing, and we would like to release the song “God is faithful” to radio, which costs even more… blah… why does everything seem to cost mucho dinero??? like everytime I turn around, someone else is telling me the cost of something… and it is usually followed by the word “thousand.” I strongly dislike that word right now.
